My wife and I bought this vacuum after buying our first home several years ago. We still have it and use it for cleaning our entire house. There's something oddly grossly satisfying about being able to see the filth that you're cleaning up from the floors accumulate as you vacuum. As far as upright vacuums go, this has all of the usual bells and whistles that you'd expect-detachable brush handles, decent cord length, etc. The only downside to this is the filter that comes with the vacuum gets dirty very quickly, and they can sometimes be hard to find replacements. Overall, it's a nice vacuum that gets the job done. Nothing outstanding, but nothing to be disappointed with either. Ease of Maintenance filters get dirty quickly and are sometimes hard to find replacements
