For the great price of $49.99 you can't beat the Dirt Devil Feather-Lite.  We had our other vacuum for 11 years and it was on it's last leg, so we went to Sears and we only had about $100 to spend, we found this vacuum on sale and it came highly recommended to us.  So, we purchased it and we are so glad that we did.  It is small and really it is feather lite, our 4 year old can help with the vacuuming now.  It picks up everything on carpet and even tile.  I absolutely love it!
