I BOUGHT THIS ABOUT 8 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE REPLACED THE BELT 4 TIMES!! THE FILTER CONSTANTLY CLOGS AND REPLACING IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER!! I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME TO DO EVERYTHING I HAVE ALREADY DONE TO THE VACCUM!! I WOULD SAY DO NOT BUY THIS!! YOU WILL SPEND JUST AS MUCH IN REPLACEMENT PARTS AS IT COST TO PURCHASE THE VACCUM ITSELF!! SPEND ABOUT 20-30 DOLLARS MORE AND GET A GOOD VACCUM THAT'S WORTH WHILE!! I HOPE THIS HELPS THE NEXT UNSUSPECTING CONSUMER!!

I totally agree with the above!!! The beater bar works like magic but the vacuum has no suction even brand new. This is by far the worst vacuum I have ever purchased and I will steer clear of all dirt devil products because of it from now on. These people should be ashamed for making this product.

I agree completely! I have two short hair dogs, but they still shed. After three months of use my EnVision has stopped working. At this point,(after replacing the belt, taking the whole unit apart to clean, and replacing the filter twice), it just blows air out the bottom sending dirt and hair all over the place! I HATE THIS VACCUM!
