Direct TV Review

What is there to say about Direct Tv?

Well... Let's start with their pricing.  If you are looking for just basic channels and no premium channels it is fine.  However, if you are looking for movie channels and sports packages, maybe there is another option for you.

Direct Tv's customer service is pretty good though.  If you have a problem they usually take care of it.  The issue is usually resovled to your satisfaction.  However, you may have to get a little rowdy or go up the chain of command if you get a stubborn representative.

The equipment that Direct Tv uses is very nice.  Their dvr's work very well and have adequite storage space for programs.  They have many HD channels and their HD recievers work great.  If you have a problem with your reciever they are more than happy to provide techinical assistance or send you a new one.

I will say that Direct Tv is easier to use than Dish Network.  The set up easy.  The guides are much more straightforward.  It is also easier to search for programs with Direct Tv.

Overall, I would say that Direct TV is average.
