Direct TV Review

We originally had Direct TV but then tried another provider because their prices were lower.  We did not like the DVR from the other provider and they did not have our favorite network, so we decided to switch back to Direct TV.  We were very disappointed when we found out they were not very flexible at all when it came to scheduling the installation.  My husband basically had to take half a day off from work to wait for the installer.  Unfortunately, the first two times, the installer never showed up.  Finally, two weeks after ordering the service, the installer arrived as scheduled.  Since then, we have lost service twice.  Right now, we have been without service for two days and they can't send anyone to come fix it until Sunday, unless we want to take some more time off from work during the week and schedule it during one of their 8am to noon or noon to 5 time slots.  I'm regretting our decision to switch...
