Direct TV Review

I recently went from DirectTv to Dish Network for the simple reason that Dish has guaranteed that the monthly fee will be exactly what I signed up for.  After two years with DirectTv, assuming that I was getting what I signed up for, I was paying for upwards of $70 per month for what I thought was their simplest programming package.

DirectTV even shut off my service for stating that I had an outstanding balance of $12.  This was about a week after I had paid them $138+.  That was certainly the breaking point for me.

Even When I cancelled my service,Which Direct TV bills for in advance, I had to argue to get them to dismiss any charges that had accrued since my last payment.  I am still waiting for the last statement that they said I would receive.

My opinion of DirectTV is a definite thumbs down.
