I recently switched over from cable to direct tv. They supposedly had better prices, so I thought it was worth the shot. FInally the day arrived when the men were coming to set up the connection to our televison sets. I left the room to let them do their work. To my horror when I came back I saw holes in my walls! The men told me that one of the connection cords wasn't working so they had to drill a few extra holes. There was sheet rock everywhere. I was on my lunch break so I ahd to get back to the office, but the men assured me they would have the mess cleaned up.
When I got off from work I cam home expecting to be able to relax on the couch with my new direct tv, but that definitely wasn't the case. The workers were gone, and they left the mess for me to clean up. I angrily called the company, but stupid me had already signed the contract. For my grief they gave me three months of free movie channels. Now I'm stuck in a contract that I can't wait to expire. Thanks for nothing direct tv!
