We had Comcast when we moved to Northern VA and then when we moved a little more south into a house we got Direct TV. The reason was because we did that Verizon triple bundle all in one bill (internet, house phone, TV) since Verizon was working with Direct TV well thats what we got. In the beginning it was fine then when it would start to barely drizzle we lost signal. THEN we lost signal when it was just cloudy out. We reported the problem and since we were sill under warrenty they said "just reset your box" the picture should be back within a 1/2 hr. We had DVR, but wanted HD TV so the guy came out and in order to get HD he had to drill through a couple walls. He said EVRY excuse in the book to NOT do it so we reported him in account of "LAZZZZY". Well, our warrenty was through and again no signal if it was raining, drizzling, cloudy, or windy. SO we called again and NOW they were offering someone to come out and look at it. For $60 bucks!! Unreal. Needless to say we sucked it up and now our contract is up this week (YAY!) and we are going back to Comcast.
