Family Package is Prejudice agains Afro-Americans

I have the family package.  Apparently Hispanics have families (3 networks for them), but Afro-Americans do not (no networks for them).  I have all kinds of networks I could do without, but I sure would like one that  caters to Afro-Americans.  I realize BET is too risque, but how about the newer TV ONE that is showing the old Afro-American shows?  You can have all the sports, hispanic, and sales networks.  Give me TV ONE.  Otherwise the service has been great.  I would never be with out a TIVO type devise again.  I just need some way to download what I have copied on it when I run out of space.
