    Constant Problems, HORRIBLE customer service

I am so sorry that I ever had DirecTV put in.  One week after it was connected, it went out and it took them 8 days to come fix it.  When the dish fell off the house, they wanted to come in a week because I hadn't scheduled a service call.    Every time the wind blows, we lose our signal.  Is customer service any help?  NO.  I can't wait until my year is up with them.
