DirecTV is the best TV experience around. I have signoed on to this service as a pioneer in 1996, less than a year after the launch of their first satellite. After about a 3 years, I had to switch to inferior cable service due to conditions beyond my control and stayed on cable for about 3 years. Those wore the worst TV experience of my life. Then I gained back access to my DirecTV and happy since then. Their programming is the best around for the price you pay. Yes you can get cheaper packages from the competitors but neither signal quality nor the spectrum of channels to choose from, can come close to that DirecTV.

I am not a sport junkie but I love being a couch potato on sunday, doing nothing but watching football. NFL Sunday ticket is just what the doctor ordered. Especially wiht the RedZone channel, in HiDef no less, I am in hog haven. I am excited to have access to the newly added 70 or so HiDef channels next week, as I scheduled the free replacement installation for my new and improved dish as well as a HiDef digital video recorder, better than my current HD TiVo unit I must say.

Needless to say, I am a lifelong customer and enjoying every minute of it.
