Pros

    The Tivo is great, Price Comparable to Cable, Quick Set-Up

Cons
    HORRIBLE customer service, Costomer service needs inprovement, Additional cost per TV

In general I don't have much to complain about, but I like to pay my bills on-line and unless you sign up to have it automatically deducted or paid by a credit card this doesn't seem possible. I've called a couple times to ask and no one seems to have an answer for me to correct it.
