While Directv provides good programming for a "fair" price, their billing is a joke and customer service is low side of fair until you get a supervisor involved. My bone to pick is they constantly over charge me for my service. Example, last month my bill was $90.00 for basic and one level up which should be $50.00. They told me I was missed a payment. I've never missed a payment in 2 years.
Oh the other thing and maybe most of you know or don't know...the Move You program they have is convenient, however, they Lock you into another year's contract which Directv DOES NOT TELL YOU ABOUT. Good ole "reel you in once you're hooked." I wish I'd known that before I signed up. When my contract ends this June, I'll pay more for Cox Communications and bundle that way since Directv still has not bundled with my phone company and it's been six months since I've requested it.
So much for their service.
