We have had DirecTV for over five years. We live in our RV full time and work and travel all over the country. When we first got the service they did not want us moving our dish and gave us a very hard time about living all over the country. I won't bore you with the details but it was enough to make you want to use another company. About 3 years ago we bought a dish for our internet thru a company that works with DirectTV. Again we had some problems with moving the dish but not as much! Now we see that DirectTV is selling movable dishes to mount on your RV, I guess we were ahead of the times. We love the quality of the picture, we now have HI DEF and we are very happy with our internet service. The problem is with the service Reps and their knowledge of your records and conversations. Every-time you call you have to spend a lot of time repeating all of your information over and over and then they send you to another department and you have to start again! I worked customer service for over 15 years and I know it is the most important thing to keep your customers confidence and know what you are talking about. We spend more than most for the two services and feel like they could careless if we continue to be a customer. Great product, customer service needs improvement!
