Wish I could go back to Dish Network.

Pros

    HD channels are cheaper to have

Cons
    Additional receiver fee, HORRIBLE customer service, goes out during rain, snow, storms, DVR is difficult to use compared to Dish, Constant Problems

Disappointed in customer service.  Billing Dept. can't get things right.  Dish Network was more technically advanced except for the HD Channels.
