DIRECTV Review

If I were reading this, I wouldn't believe it.

Back in September 2007, I responded to a mypoints.com offer for 5000 points for Directv NFL Package.  Upon entering all of my information with Directv, I found that I had to contact them directly to get this "incentive."

 Upon phone contact, a well-spoken lady assigned me an account, order number, and further set up installation date.  To my dismise, they showed up six (6), yes six hours late for their appointment for installation; they sent a small company they contracted to install their equipment.  These very young individuals, (I think being trained) installed the Directv Satellite disk on the middle of my deck - no joke.  If it weren't my home, it would be comical.  I haven't even begun to elaborate on the detail of this businesses unethical, illegal business tactics; but let me gather my pictures and give you more details later. For I must close now.  But, since they have since taken money from an account without authorization, gave me my Fahter's account (instead of the account I had be assigned over the phone originally) and basically told me too bad - I feel that Dish network and the whole world needs to be aware of this example of the "gigantic corporation damn the little guy" strategy that keeps those majority stock holders rich, rich.  We shall see them in hell!
