LOVE IT!! Way better than cable!

not rich, somewhat tech savvy
Pros

    All digital channels, NCAA Basketball Tournament Full Coverage, Service Not Interrupted Often, Price Comparable to Cable, Quick Set-Up, more channels, NFL Ticket, Customer Service Plus

Cons
    Additional receiver fee, goes out during rain, snow, storms

I love DirecTv.  I have it for 2 years and have only lost signal 3 times.  Also I do reccomend the insurance.  It is only 5 bucks.  We had a receiver go out and they sent a new one the next day UPS overnight for free! Their customer service is excellent and efficient.
