Im not real happy with direct tv. They have poor customer service. Techs who have come to my house have been very rude. Never in my live have I ever asked someone to leave my house until a direct tv tech came out to fix a problem I was having after the first tech did not fix it correctly. The guy was so rude I finally told him to leave. Also, when we signed up for the service we were suppose to get a free portable dvd player. Seven months later we still have not gotten it. Everytime I call Im told they will resend paper work which never happens. Unfortunately Im stuck with direct tv until the contract expires.
