The best service experience I have had in a long time.

We recently upgraded our Direct TV service to HD.  They were out to my house within 2 days of the call and had my new dish and receiver up and working within an hour.  The serviceman was the most polite and understanding service person I have met in a very long time.  He patiently answered all the questions I knew my husband would ask when he got home.  He explained how to use everything and helped me to get my dvd player and stereo sorround working properly while he was there.   I have never had a problem with DirectTV and this last experience added to my overall satisfatction of the satellite company.
