I got caught up in the hype and decided to try direct tv for myself, what a mistake. It seems like every time the wind blew ( and not hard mind you !) my service went out. The customer service ( what a joke that is !) is of no use what so ever. It seems like the only thing I heard from them was unplug wait 5 min and everything should be ok. I've lost count of the shows i've missed, the nights my daughter was crying because she couldn't see her cartoons. I went back to cable and will never,ever make that mistake again
