This company does not take care of their loyal customers.  We were w/ them for over 5 yrs and specifics of contracts were not discussed.  We purchased (or so we thought) a DVR from them for $300.  We had to cancel our service early due to family issues.  We were fine with the fact we had canceled before 2 yrs of receiving the DVR, however, we found out that we had not actually purchased the DVR. We had to pay $300, plus a fee to have service, plus "renting" fee.  When we canceled they then told us we did not own this receiver and had to send it back. They charged us an additional $300 for the receiver.  We had been w/ this co. for over 5yrs, never late on a payment, and upgraded our services everytime a new service came out w/ them.  They are lousy for customer loyalty and would NEVER use them again.
