    All digital channels, Price Comparable to Cable, Service Not Interrupted Often, Quick Set-Up, Customer Service Plus

I have used Direct TV for many years and have experience very few interruptions or problems. When I have called customer service they have been professional and helpful. Most problems are resolved in a matter of minutes. The signal interruptions that I have experienced have been during extremely heavy storms with torrential downpours. Living in Florida we occassionally experience hurricanes. When the hurricanes knocked our our electricity we were able to receive the Direct TV once our generator was restored. However the lose of electricity was due to power lines coming down, which knocked out the neighbors cable service. There are definite benefits to satellite signals.
