    updates frequently, Service Not Interrupted Often, NFL Ticket, more channels, Customer Service Plus, OUTSTANDING, Easy to put service on hold, Very secure, NCAA Basketball Tournament Full Coverage, Price Comparable to Cable, Works with all televisions

Cons
    goes out during rain, snow, storms, Updates frequintly without notice

Yes it is very true its outstanding if you were to get it you would be satisfied they help with everything and anything.  Trust me when i say outstanding. You will not regret getting this its faboulous.  No household is complete without it's many channels and amazing picture.
