Recently had difficulty with Direct TV getting a black screen of death with gobbly gook letters in various colors. Then had problems with accessing some channels, then had trouble with chunks and individual squares flashing in and out. All phone corrections failed so a service technician was scheduled out 3 weeks in the future, not what I expect out of my maintenance agreement @ $6.00 a month....
