I currently am a customer of Directv, and hope that i do own the DVR equipment. I have been with them for over 2 years. My complaint, is not so much with Directv, but with the reps. who are in control of the gamelounge channel, that they offer, of course for a monthly fee, and so on.  The people whom handle this programming (skilljam) are the most rudest, incompentent, nasty people.  I have even considered cancelling my service due to the factor of skilljam reps.  My words, when I phoned Directv, regarding the treatment I received was as follows: I better never have a nother conversation with the reps. at skilljam, like the one I just had, for I, or anyone does not derserve to be spoke to that way.  I have stressed that I derseve a credit on my next bills, for the actions of skilljam, reflects badly on Directv.  My child enjoyed watching hie token score increase, and when due to their error, and 22,000 tokens disappeared, I made attempts to get them back.  As of this date, they still are invisible, and this happened in Jan.  Of course they say they will be put back, but when, when he goes to college?
