I am confused. Are you addressing me, for the 1st time, so rudely, about a directv issue!? If this is a problem, why not contact me, prior, and inquiring about the issue. If you would have done this, you would have learned that I am no longer a Directv customer!. Also, if you inten d to insult someone, and use inappropriate language, DON'T use the word please, very stupid!.
