I really like DirectTV. It's a well run company with excellent customer service. However, when it rains, or threatens to rain the picture disappears. This is especially frustrating during severe weather like a tornado warning, when knowing what is going on matters.
The channel variety is good, the cost is less than local cable, and for the amount of TV that I watch (very little) it fits the bill.
