DIRECTV Review

This has been a nightmare.  The installer made a mess of my house and front yard.  He mounted the Dish on the very front of my house after I told him to put it on the side porch awning (LOS is straight out the side door of my house w/nothing in the way to the bird).

 He left his copper conductors all over the place (I have a small child so safety issues really get me).  These are very sharp and come from cutting the cable.

He didn't hook up my On Demand and left my house without any channels working telling me the system was down that I had to call in 2 hours.  Oh, and he tried to charge me $20 when I was guaranteed a free installation.

The only plus was Customer service was very nice and helpful.  She had my TV working in 2 minutes and gave me the information for dispute.
