I was surprised by the few problems I had with customer service.

Enjoys life, a comparison shopper, Aprreciates nice strangers, willing to pay for quality, Knows how to smile, Every day computer user, Open-minded, Has a positive attitude

    Quick Set-Up, NFL Ticket, No problems moving service, Easy to put service on hold, Service Not Interrupted Often

The last four yeas I've moved around a lot and each time I called customer service they were always helpful.  I know recently there have been changes on how many times you can put your service on hold, but I was never given any grief.  i was quite surprised by all this because I have friends that hate them, but I can only give them praise for the experience I've had with them.
