Pros

    Service Not Interrupted Often, Price Comparable to Cable, Quick Set-Up, more channels

Cons
    Additional receiver fee, goes out during rain, snow, storms

So far I have had no problem with their service or anything else. Everyone I talk to at the office has been nice and responded well to my concern.
