Cons

Do not list rate increases on invoice, it costs to add anything, Additional receiver fee, goes out during rain, snow, storms

We've used Directv for many years with satisfying results. Our only complaint is that we lose reception during heavy rains or snow. I would recommend their service. I wish there were a few more packages to chose from or that you could build your own package. We don't watch much tv other than educational and history.
