I could not agree with you more! We have been a customer for over five years and have had the same problems. I was in customer service in the travel industry for over 20 years, I can not believe that a company as large as Direct has such a poor customer service record. You would be out of business in the travel industry if you had this kind of service! I am with you the packages and prices are good. We have the Hughes internet service and they are just a bad. We have no choice because we travel in our work and have to have this type of service. Good Luck!
