I first seen this product when visiting my sister, she had some on top of her freezer. I ask if she wanted them in the freezer, she said no that they didn't need to be refrigerated.  She said her husband that works in the coal mines takes them in his lunch and loves them.  She let me try one.  Then I started buying them.  They have several different ones to choose from, and I have tried them all.  I live by myself, children grown so I don't like to cook big meals just for me so these are perfect when I just want to pop something in the microwave and not fool with pots and pans.   If you look around you can actually find them cheaper in certain stores.  One store in my town has them for almost $3.00 each the other store down the street, they are $2.00 each.  These Dinty Moore Microwave Bowls are really good and each bowl is enough to fill you up as a meal.   I am glad I found these, especially because I don't have to freeze them if I buy several and you don't have to thaw them out before you microwave them.  I put them in the cabinet with my canned foods.  Easy to grab one and easy to fix.

Yes it is a great meal , when you do not want to go though the hassel of cooking for just one person.
