Dinty Moore Microwave Bowls

I was looking for something to buy for my lunches and spotted these DINTY MOORE Microwave Bowls and decided to try a couple of them. I paid $1.88 each ( a good price )

I tried the Chicken Alfredo... very good indead. My husband (a very finicky eater) tried the Beef Stew and rated it a 10+.

The meal is served in a 10 oz vacuum sealed bowl. It is heated in the microwave for 90 second on Hi. You must be very careful when removing the seal as the steam is very hot.

One serving per container 283g, 250 calories - fat calories is 100. ** Calories per gram: Fat 9 * Carbohydrate 4 * Protein 4

The greatest thing about these little bowls is you can store them at room temperature, no need to refridgerate them. It is not recommend freezing the container. If frozen by accident, it should not affect the integrity of the product, but may have an effect on product quality. Vegetables in products have a tendency to break down after freezing.

The Microwave Bowls are available in 11 of the 14 former varieties. Some I have tried include the

* Chicken Alferdo Made with chicken white meat, penne pasta with Alferdo Sauce
