    Challenge are neat

once in a rare while, yes, irvine can be a little annoying. however, overall hes a cool guy who knows how to get things done. He's been in the military and run kitchens before and knows that you can't always be the 'nice guy' to get the deadline met on time. Kudos to him honestly for all hes done and the cool things he has come up with.
