My dog is crazy for these things!

5

My little chihuahua loves these little meat filled chew bones. She has a pretty small mouth so I buy the "Mini" for her. She goes absolutely crazy when she sees them. They are just the right size for her to knaw the ends open and retrieve the meat in the middle. I have noticed, however, it depends on where I buy them on how crazy she goes for them. If I buy them in a pet store, she seems to really love them, but if I buy them in a big box store where they are more reasonable to buy, she sticks her nose up at them like they may be stale or something. They are all in the same packaging by Dingo but maybe sold to the box stores as their not so perfect products. I don't know, but the dog seems to! I do wish they would make more selections for the tiny breeds besides the knotted bones. I see the little balls, but they are still too big for my little dog to get her mouth around so basically, the only variety available for the tiny dogs is the Mini Bone.

Dogs choke to death or knob-end of treat lodged in intestine

1

Don't give these to your dogs. I've watched my lap dogs swallow the knob-end whole. I have read reviews in which owners said dogs died from these because knobby ends of treats lodged in the dogs throat causing them to choke to death, or got lodged in the intestines.

Dingo bones are made in China.

I had a gift certificate for Dingo products so I purchased some of the Dyno Stix and Munchy Stix. They were an absolute mess! The Dyno Stix have a red center that flaked off and got on everything. I had to wash all of my dog's bedding, and luckily it did not stain the carpet. I also dislike the use of artificial colors, as my dog cannot tell the difference, nor could she care less if it is red or not. I was also disapointed to find that although the company that you order them from is in the United States, the rawhide comes from China. The pet product manufacturers are aware that many pet owners see 'Made in China' as a red flag, and they are clever at finding ways to make their products look as if they were domestically produced. There is very little regulation or checking of food products in China, not for humans, certainly not for dogs - avoid anything made in China for your dogs.

my dog loves these

my dog loves these.  Its the only thing that can get her attention at all times.   Just say dingo and she is right at ur feet waiting for it.    We use them when we have company so she lets them alone and just chews on her bone.   It works pretty good.  So i would go get these for ur dog if they are hyper to keep them occupied  or  just because i havent seen a dog yet who hasnt liked them and why not spoil ur dog.......

Dingos are one of my dogs favorite treats she loves them so much she will hide them if she get more than one at a time . shes the only dog we have so unless she is hiding them form the cat I can only think she is saving them incase we run out . if you say dingo in this house she is at the counter looking at the treat jar .this is her second favorite treat I will write a review of her first choice if I can find it here . we usually buy the big bag of these and there usually gone in about a week . she really enjoys these better than regular rawhide , if you give her a fake dingo bought at a discount store that looks just like dingos she will sipt it at you and ask where's the real deal mom .

My dogs love Dingo bones.

I have 2 small breed dogs and I buy Dingo bones for them as one of their treats. They will chew for hours to get to the meat inside, then they chew on the rawhide that's left. These treats last them a long time. They help keep their teeth clean and breath fresh. Safe for them to chew also, doesn't splinter.

Kept my dog busy for hours

These have got to be the absolute best dog treats!! Both of our dogs loved them. I have a very active Border Collie and a Beagle, who need a lot of attention and exercise or they are easily bored and can be VERY annoying, lol. We got them a few of the pressed raw hide large bones and they just loved them!! They layed down and chewed and chewed at this for hours and left us alone for once. They genuinely seemed happy and content. The bones didnt break into sharp pieces and didnt crumble or make a mess. The bone also didnt leave a white gummy residue on the carpet where she was eating it, which a lot of regular raw hide treats do. I have given them the smaller ones and they dont last too long, but these lasted them at least 2 hours. Definitely get 2 paws up!

My dogs fave

I've been giving my dog Dingo bones for years now. She absoluely loves them. I did make the mistake of buying the meaty ones (with the brown stuff on the outside) and she refuses to eat those. However the good old original are her favorite. she will eat them until they are gone. she works hard to untie the ends. Coming from a dog owner who only gives treats when they are deserved my dog definately knows that se can have a bone whenever she pleases. She is a toy poodle and she knows that when we leave for the day she's going to get a new bone. I love that she keeps busy while we're gone and she gets to enjoy her bone the rest of the day. They are great for their teeth and I buy them often for her. They're pretty low priced for the quality and Dingo is a great brand to trust in.

Not only do the dogs go crazy for dingos...

I am the owner of two dogs, one a border collie and the other a pug. The border collie is older and although will chew on a bone, doesn't really desire it. As for the Pug, it has to have something to chew on ALL the time. So, I decided to get them both a Dingo for Valentines Day. I have heard good things about them, and it seems like they would be a good bone. So, it is one day after i have given them the bones. The pug ate all of the red meaty stuff out of the Dingo but won't chew on the rawhide?!?! As for my border collie, she has chewed a bit, but as alway, not much desire on devouring it all in one day. The dogs seem to enjoy it, but I can't say I enjoy the little red pieces that I have found on my couch after the pug jumped down. So, are Dingos worth it. I say no, that you can get the same thing out of another, less expensive brand that you get out of Dingos. The mess and the waste have just turned me off to this product.

My dogs love these bones. They are however really expensive and I haven't been able to find these on a good deal or coupons. It is harder for my 8 year old chihuahua to eat these. Once they are broken down it is easier for her to eat them. They usually last a day for my chihuahua's which is nice because it occupy's their time and arn't as clingy to me. They do have a funky smell but the dogs don't seem to mind. The white ones are my favorite but I didn't like the brown colored ones. They seem to leave a color left behind on my blankets which i have to wash immeditally after. Overall I am very happy with them. I wish they could take the price down a little but I am willing to pay to get them. I think it would be fun if they could add in more flavors. It seem like there is only 1-2 different flavors. They also come in different shapes like dog bones or balls. Either way my dogs love them and I am a happy pet owner!
