I love this Dimplex CS 4416 Electric Woodstove. It has a very nice design and it does not take up much room at all. It is about 20" or so wide and maybe 28 inches or so tall. It really heats up a room. It looks so real that my granddaughters were sure it was real fire until I told them to touch it. They were amazed and so am I at the realistic look. I use it in my living room and it heats up the whole room without the heat being turned on. It does an awesome job. It is fairly priced for a space heater of this nature and I paid just around 100 for it when it was on sale at my local hardware store. I would recommend it to anyone. It is light and portable and easy to carry around from room to room if you want to move it. I have moved it into my bedroom at night when I have the heat off in the other part of the house and boy does it keep you warm, so warm that sometimes I even turn it off. You can set it so no heat comes out and you can still see the fake fireplace going. I recommend it to anyone!

we were in the market for a new space heater. i saw this one and loved how it looked like a little fireplace! which is something i always wanted in my house but of course, its not something thats available in every house. my baby loves it too, and i am glad that the heater doesnt get too hot since he stares at it for hours! the control cover is a little loose though so its easy for my son to open and close it, so he can press the buttons easily. also, i dont like that its electric, which makes my electric bill get extremely high when we have it on for a while, like right now in the extreme cold. but other then that it does its job, it heats my house and looks good. recommended!

I love using this fireplace for the winter. It looks so realistic but I don't have to worry about it over heating or something catching fire. The fire looks real and creates a cozy atmoshpere. It does not smell like its burning, which is what my space heater smelled like. Unfortunately, the heat does not reach a long distance. So you have to sit close to feel the heat. The design is really nice and can fit in any room. The actual device does not feel hot, so I can put things on top. I would however be hesitant of puting a flamable item on top, in case it gets too hot. This also has different heat settings. So I would crank it up to get as much heat as possible.

I bought an Electric Fireplace Heater because I was jealous of my mother's electric fireplace.  I chose mine because of the price and because it was black.  In addition, I call it my pot belly stove due to its design.  I love having it on (without or without heat is a wonderful option) just to have the "fire" affect.  It is the best purchase I have made this year.  I also like the fact that it has a remote control and a temperature setting, as well as a timer.  It is lightweight, so I can easily move it when I rearrange the furniture in my living room or need to vacuum.

I'm always cold. No matter what the temperature, as soon as the blustery fall winds start, I turn on the heater. Since I keep my space heater out year-round, I wanted something that was functional as well as beautiful. The Dimplex electric wood stove fit the bill.  Not only does it provide great warmth, the natural-looking electric logs give my office a cozy feel.  The design also fits right in with my vintage decor and my preference for keeping everything, even convenient appliances like the Dimplex electric wood stove, looking as if it came out of an antiques store.   This little stove heats my 12 x 12 office (a converted bedroom) and often provides enough warmth to open the door of the office and allow the heat to flow through to the other rooms.  When not in use as a heater, I use the top section as a desktop space.  I love my Dimplex heater and cannot say enough good things about it. It's easy to use, provides great warmth, and adds vintage charm. What more could you want in a heater?

We have a sitting area off from our master bedroom that I turned into a quiet spot for my husband.  In one corner by a window I put a large, oversized chair, a floor lamp, an antique "Martha Washington" as a side table with a replica antique telephone, a highboy that holds linens and an area rug.  I hung a large painting over the table but something was missing.  I saw this **Dimplex electric wood stove** and fell in love with it.  It is the perfect compliment for the study and my husband LOVES it. The realistic flames are warming [to look at] on their own but the built in heater warms up a small space in a matter of minutes.  It will take the chill off of a larger room quickly as well but you will need a larger model to really heat a bigger area..  The compact wood stove measures 23.1"H x 20"W x 11.3"D.  The heater has an adjustable thermostat as well as the ability to have no heat- just the realistic flame feature. This little unit has 4910 BTUs with a built-in fan that distributes the heat evenly and quietly to keep you toasty and warm.The automatic safety shut-off feature makes sure that the heater shuts down should it overheat.   We love this heater so much that we bought two similar ones- a larger one for the family room and a wooden fireplace model for our son's bedroom.These heaters operate for only pennies an hour, look like the real thing and won't get soot all over your walls and ceiling!
