All of Dan Brown's books are great page-turners and Digital Fortress is no different. My favorite part of Dan Brown is that his books - though fiction - are always based on facts.

 Digital Fortress is about 21st century codebreaking and government monitoring of emails. It really makes you wonder and question the government could be doing - but it also wraps you up in the story and solving this code. A must read for code-breakers and puzzle doers out there.

Digital fortress lives up to the standard I expect from one of my favorite authors, a thrilling mix of technology, science, and very good charater development.  My wife dose not like books with an technological story line, but when I asked her to read it she loved it. So it is equally entertaining to those intrested in tech, and those who are not.
