Canon - PowerShot A1100 IS Digital Camera
I bought the Cannon PowerShot for a trip and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the camera for the price I paid. It makes excellent pictures and were easily uploaded to my computer so I could share them with family and friends via Facebook.
Hewlett Packard - Photosmart M417 Digital Camera
We have had the Hewlett-Packard Photosmart M417 digital camera for about 4 years now. It has been dropped, stepped on, stuffed into a purse that got tossed around and stepped on, all without a case, and it is still going strong. It takes good quality pictures, great for family trips and kids school stuff and parties. It holds a standard SD card, and has a pretty decent battery life. It does take the Lithium batteries, which are a little expensive, but they do last a while. I has a good zoom, but not the best. The Samsung SL620 digital camera is an all around great camera for day-to-day photography. It has everything needed in one compact camera.The large LCD screen is excellent for viewing photos on the spot. Photos are very high quality and can be edited directly from the camera. Several preset shooting modes and custom shooting modes. Face detection automatically detects subjects faces and adjusts focus. Smile detection mode will automatically take a photo when the subject smiles. Blink detection will automatically take a second photo if the subject blinks. This camera is the most value for the price....

Kodak EasyShare C875 Digital Camera
I love my Kodak EasyShare C875 camera. I have owned it now for several years. It is easy to use, makes great pictures, and assists me in keeping good picture files on my computer. This Kodak camera has 5X optical zoom, 8.0 megapixals, and a 2.5" LCD screen. It is compatible with several printer docks which allows me to make very good 4X6 inch photographs.In addition to pictures it is easy to make videos and edit them. Received a Fine Pix A345 Zoom Digital Camera for Christmas and love it. It is so lightweight and convienient. I can put it in my pocket, purse or a carrier. The pictures come out very clear and are easy to download to the computer with a USB cord.
Canon - EOS Digital Rebel Xsi Digital Camera
I've been wanting a Digital SLR camera for a very long time and Costco had a deal with two lenses, SD card, EOS Xsi body and bag. I was excited to get started and after some researching and time spend on the support page to figure out timers and the differences between manual modes and automatic modes I really enjoy using it. The camera is not necessraily intuitive unless you're on the automatic modes.
One of my irritants with the camera is that in Live View mode (where you see in the image on the screen) the camera can't auto-focus. So you either need to focus yourself or keep switching...

The Casio Exilim EX-Z77 is the easiest camera I have ever used. It is lightweight and very compact. I keep it in my back pocket on all my motorcycle rides. It takes great pictures even whil in motion. The video and still shots of fireworks are super. Even the 3x zoom is far better than you can imagine. I was on a camping trip when I used one for the first time. I stopped on the way home and bought my own. I am still on the original battery, after taking over 12,000 pictures. It was once dropped on concrete from about 4 feet and was in my pocket when I totalled my motorcyle at 45 miles per hour....

Nikon - COOLPIX 2000 Digital Camera
I've been through about 10 different types of digital cameras in the past 5 years, mostly because I'm always psyched about new models, and partly because I'm a bit clumsy, so I go through electronics pretty fast. This is the latest addition to my collection, and I can honestly say that it is the worst digital camera I've ever purchased. The picture quality can be great, if you can immitate a still statue while clicking... otherwise, no matter where you set the setting, the picture will be blurry. Most of the pictures I take come out pixelated and blurry, or the color is off (usually yellow-ish)....

Canon - PowerShot A420 Digital Camera
I love my Canon powershot. It was extremely reasonably priced, it's small but very sturdy. The pictures are wonderful and clear. One reason I chose this camera was because my son plays sports. The camera seems to 'follow' well...without blurring, that is. The zoom focuses well and really captures those 'moments' that you don't really want to miss! The faces he makes when he's playing are hilarious...the intensity level is captured quite well. I'm very happy with the camera. I love to take pictures and my camera really enhances my experience!

My family and I purchased the Kodak Easy Share camera about 2 years ago It has a lot of different options and ways to take picture built into it. You see the picture on a screen so you always get the perfect picture. Weve used it to take tons of family pictures for birthdays,holidays,special events, and just because. Kodak - EasyShare Z612 Digital Camera
We purchased the Easy Share Z612 for our family vacation to the Netherlands. When we tried to download the photos to the computer the camera reformated our disk and lost our photos. The photos were gone but tech support offered to fix the camera, we asked to be able to return the camera, but Kodak would not do it. We got the camera back and were told ther is nothing wrong with the camera,and they sold us a program to recapture the photos, but we were only able to recapture about a tenth of our photos.
