Olympus - Stylus-7000 Digital Camera
Ok I have to be honest. I did not buy this camera. I didnt even want it, This was one of those gifts that your employer gives you after you've been on the job so long. There were many items to choose from but nothing that caught my eye. I have had serveral digital cameras in the past and it was just no big deal to me. But by a friends suggestion I went ahead and got this camera, and boy was I surprised. The Olympus Stylus-7000 is by far the best digital camera I have seen yet. It has a huge LCD screen and the color and quality of the pictures beats anything I've seen. It has a 7x optical zoom and...
review »Kodak - EasyShare C310 Digital Camera
Ok, let me just say right off that I have always been a die hard "film" person. I loved my 35mm camera. It took great pictures, and I wouldn't give it up for anything . . . . or so I thought. When I used the camera for the first time and saw how easy it was, I was hooked. I LOVE being able to see the picture I took right there in front of me to see if anyone blinked or if the lighting was bad. I can't tell you how many times I missed a great shot and didn't even know it until I had the pictures developed. I don't have that problem anymore. The Kodak EasyShare C310 digital camera is...
review »Nikon - COOLPIX L1 Digital Camera
ilove my nikon coolpix camera. The camera is really a nikon coolpix L18, but they didn't have it in there. The color of mine is red, but they have more of them in various colors. Such as blue, red, aqua green, black, purple and etc. The camera is very user friendly. It's easy to take different places. It's not heavy none what so ever and it's a nice medium size camera that can easily fit anywhere. It also has a very wide screen that's very detailed where you can see just about anthing without zooming in. The camera also have various modes. Like, scene, smile, continuous, white balace and other...
review »Panasonic - DMC-TZ5 Digital Camera
I love my new Panasonic DMC-TZ5. It has more features than I will ever use. Battery life is very good - i was leary of getting a new camera without rechargable batteries because I like being able to have backup batteries, but so far so good with this camera. I was also a little afraid of not having an actual view finder, but the screen is really big, easy to see, and so very clear. Makes it very easy to share the pics immediately ( you know how you pass the camera around at events ) - well, this screen looks great. I wish digital cameras would get rid of shutter lag - this one is quicker...

Olympus - Stylus 1000 Digital Camera
I have always loved the Olympus brand and It has proven to definately be one of the best. And this camera proves it thirty times over. The quality of the pictures are great and the zoom is pretty awesome for the price. It is very compact, lightweight, and easy to use (after getting used to of course). The black and white feature is really good. The flash is really good for this sort of camera and doesn't mess up a lot of pictures like most cameras do. THe auto function does a really good job of decided on the flash, unlike some cameras where you have to take three or four and then mess with the...
review »Canon - EOS 350D/Rebel XT
I've had a few canon type cameras, anything from 35m to small pocket point and shoot type. I love the warrenty they offer. Its lightning fast with out alot of blurryness going on with it.Its a long respectable company. Specially when you start to see alot of commericals. Its a known name brand of very many photographers around the world. I love finding deals with canon. They offer so much with any camera you get. So much your almost over whelmed with the box and the stuff inside it. I like the extra lens and cd and free prints it gives you when you first purchase your canon. Theres so many out...
review »FUJIFILM FinePix S5100 Digital Camera
OK. i feel i should preface this one with the fact that i once aspired to become a professional photographer. took classes in HS and college. (i kinda got a little knocked up & life went a totally different direction for me.) So i feel i'm fairly knowledgeable about cameras, but keep in mind, my schooling on the subject ended in 1999. so i'm totally self-taught on digital photography.
anyway. the Fujifilm S-5100. awesome camera. i'm big on fuji. i think they have excellent lenses and make great 35mm film. when i use my 35mm camera, i use fuji lenses and film. i'm loyal like that. so, being...
review »Nikon - Coolpix S550 Digital Camera
The greatest, most hi-tech, zillion megapixel camera in the world does you no good if you don't have it with you because it's too big and you don't want to drag a camera bag around all day. We have a fabulous digital SLR that I use when I'm specifically going out to shoot pictures - and I have this one that is always in my handbag. It's more than a point-and-shoot, though, and takes exquisite photographs.
With 10 megapixels and a 5x optical zoom, a Nikkor lens (glass, unlike the plastic lenses in some digitals), and some pretty impressive in-camera software, you'll won't be sacrificing picture...
review »Panasonic - Lumix DMC-TZ3 Digital Camera
The Panasonic Luminx is my 4th camera purchase in 5 years and it is by far the best I have owned. I purchased this camera for about $300 which is a little higher than average for digital camera's however the picture quality and speed of the camera are excellent. The camera has several features for example the Burst feature. I can turn on Burst and take continuous shots. I took over 50 continuous shots of my son's baseball game with no lag in the shots. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I seldom change the setting from the automatic setting and I always take great crisp pictures. ...

great, clear photos...good choice of scene modes to choos from...easy to use, overall, just a great camera and well worth the price
Fuji - S1000 Digital Camera
I have a photography business in Fort Scott, Kansas and I use my Fujifilm Finepix S1000 digital camera for all of my photography needs. It's a great camera. It has 10.0 megepixels and 12x zoom on it. There's also a large LCD screen but I can use the optical eye piece if I decide to. The pictures it produces are very sharp and clear. They're high quality too. I've taken litterally thousands of pictures with this camera and I am really happy with it. It has ten different manual settings however, I usually just leave it on the automatic setting. That always works out perfectly. This camera also takes...
review »Canon - PowerShot SD600 Digital Camera
A lot of cameras in the crowded and competitive digital point-and-shoot market are all flash and no substance. They add all sorts of extra gimmicks such as fancy slide shows and colorful borders that don't actually contribute to the cameras' pictures. Canon thumbs its nose at that design philosophy with the simple yet functional PowerShot SD600, a 6-megapixel point-and-shoot camera that's light on features but heavy on image quality, performance, and usability. It's simply a great camera for anyone interested in just taking great-looking images.
