My experience with digital scales has been great. As a life long member of trying to keep weight off, I have found that having a digital scale to step on once a week helps me stay on track. There are a lot of digital scales out there ranging from very expensive, to very affordable. You can definitely find some very good digital scales in the $20.00 or $30.00 dollar range and up. I like the scales that measure in tenth's the best, every little bit helps.
