Digital Bathroom Scales (no specific brand) — 

The digital bathroom scales are by far the best out there. They are accurate down to the tenth of a lb. I use my digital scale regularly and it makes me feel good knowing that even if the weight I lose isn't a whole lb, I still lost something.
