So I am 5'3 and 125 but feel like I needed to tone and lean up. — My target in to lose 10 lbs and so far it's great at giving me energy and making me feel full. I am working out 3 times a week and I am patient. I don't think this product is good for people who want to lose tons of weight but rather keep the weight off or drop a couple pounds. It definetely works but you can't be eating crap all the time. — It's probly gonna be harder and take longer to lose the wright but this product is very helpful and makes me feel like I'm not hungry at all.
