Hydroxycut
I used hydroxycut awhile back in an effort to lose weight and get myself to workout on a regular basis because I was having trouble with energy and motivation. it definitely gets me motivated to workout because of the caffeine but I felt jittery all day long and tended to get a little emotional every evening when it was wearing off. I had trouble sleeping for the first few weeks and I would get worn out in the evenings after the high of the caffeine had worn out. Hydroxycut Appuloss
These pills have not worked for me, other than to give me the shakes. I tried a new pill to see how I'd feel afterwords. It wasn't that I had more energy as much as I had nervous energy, my hands shook, and I could not think straight. To take 3-4 of these a day would probably kill me. 1 was too many. There is extremely too much caffeine in the pills, and I don't recommend them for anyone who would have high blood pressure. DO NOT TAKE with coffee or caffeine.

I've been on Phentermine now for about 2 1/2 months now. And I'm losing for the first time in almost 15 years. 15 years ago, I have my last child, she was 11 years younger from my youngest of 3 already. As I didn't gain alot of weight during the pregnancy, for some reason I started gaining after she was born.
