Diet Coke Review

This sounds good right about now! Being on a diet at work (I work for Interstate Bakeries; we make Twinkies, Ding Dongs and donuts, etc.) is very, very hard!! We have samples in the lunch room (free lunch everyday too, not much healthy choices here!) and they are sooo hard to resist everyday. Here I am trying to lose 60 pounds and working at a Twinkie manufacturer! Anyways, Diet Coke helps me with my cravings. It gives me a boost of energy and tastes great! I do not like ordinary Coke because of the after taste and gritty feeling on my teeth. However, Diet Coke does not leave these nasty side effects. Instead of getting a free Twinkie or two, or three (lol) I grab a Diet Coke out of the machine and go on with my day. Diet Coke is a major help with my diet!! Best part of all: NO CALORIES!! Thanks Coke!
