Having some one in my close family with diabetes is difficult to deal with.  Most of us don't understand the causes or what we can do to help deal with diabetes.  From this magazine i have created many new diabetic friendly meals and desserts for the whole family to enjoy.  after reading a few of these magazines i am now aware of the things i can do to help my family deal with diabetes in a positive way.  I really enjoy reading this magazine, even though I myself do not have diabetes.
