Pros

    Heals overnight most times, easy to apply, heals area quickly, Heals rashes better than other brands.

Cons
    stinks, You can smell it after they are dressed

This is a great diaper cream.  I have used it on both of my children.  One boy and One girl.  I have tried others but this is the only one that seems to clear up a rash overnight!!!!!
