My daughter has only had maybe 3 diaper rashes in the past 8 months but when she gets them im glad i use desitin! In one day it cleared up her worst rash. Its also been a miricle for my niece whom i help care for, my niece gets horrible rashes to the point of bleeding and this even helps clear her up in a matter of days! Within hours the redness goes down and she becomes more comfortable with being changed. My one and only diaper cream!
