Pros

    A little goes a long way!, heals area quickly, easy to smooth on and wipe off, easy to apply

This is the only diaper cream I use.  I tried to use the cheaper stuff once before and ended up throwing it away.  Nothing compares.  It usually clears up most diaper rashs with one application.  I would highly recommend this product.
