Pros

    heals area quickly, A little goes a long way!, easy to smooth on and wipe off, fine for minor chafing, easy to apply

We are fortunate that our boys do not get rashes often.  However, occasionally my toddler does what we call a "stealth poop" that doesn't stink and he doesn't tell us about it.  Unfortunately that means it sits against his bum until we discover it--leaving a little sore.  I am so thrilled with the Desitin Creamy.  It generally totally heals a minor sore overnight and heals worse sores within a couple of days.  We have used different creams and ointments and they work fine, but not nearly as quickly as Desitin.  If we have a serious sore, there is nothing I'd rather use.
