Pros

    need a small amount, easy to apply, heals area quickly, A little goes a long way!, Heals rashes better than other brands.

I have to say that Desitin Diaper Cream is the best on the market.  For my children, it works every time.  If you put it on them at bedtime, the rash is always be gone by the morning.  It even will show quick results during naps.  I've tried other brands and I can't say that I disliked any of them.  The difference is none have shown the consistent results that Desitin does.
