desitin diaper cream cover very well with no mess.  My daughter just got a rash the other day and i used it on her and the rash is almost gone.  I found it a bit hard to wipe off though which is good because that mean it won't wipe off on the diaper.  I try other brands too but this is one of the best cream out there.  I have been using destin since she was a newborn and she hardly have a diaper rash.  The price is not too bad for a big tube of cream and there is alway coupon online to save at least a 1.00.  Stop looking and just try desitin and you will be please.
