Pros

    need a small amount, easy to apply, heals area quickly, A little goes a long way!, Heals rashes better than other brands.

Cons
    You can smell it after they are dressed

I didn't really need to use diaper creams that often until my third child came along.  I may have used it once or twice with my son and once with my middle daughter.  But, when my third one came along I should have bought stock in the company.  It seemed she had a very sensitive bottom and was very prone to yeast infections.  In addition to an antibacterial cream we were instructed to use the original desitin formula.  It cleared break outs up in no time.  It got us through a tough six months.  She's grown out of that sensitivity, but it was glad to have a product that we could rely on to bring her relief and give us some piece of mind about her condition.
